Roads and distances

On land, Baja is backed up by roads that connect the main destinations. On car or bus, the scenic road is recomendable, this road will take you from Tijuana, to Rosarito and Ensenada, this is one of the most beautiful roads in Mexico, with amazing views of the Pacific, Marinas, Viewpoints and more.

Federal Road N.1 also known as the Transpeninsular road, runs from Tijuana to La Paz in Baja Sur; or you can connect to Federal Road 2, that runs to Tecate and Mexicali through La Rumorosa. And Federal Road 3 begins in Tecate towards Ensenada, connecting de Pacific and the Sea of Cortez. The recently remodeled Federal Road N5 goes from Mexicali to San Felipe.
